Kas - Kekova - Kalkan - Kas 8 Days / 7 Nights Itinerary

Day 1 : Guvercin Island, Kas Islands, and Inonu Bay

This marks the start of your Gulet holiday in Turkey. Check-in time is 10:00 am at the harbor in Kas, the beautiful fishing town. Our captain will lead you to the Gulet in which you’ll get to know the crew. You will receive information on your trip.

Our first day, we set sail for Guvercin Island, close to Kas, where we’ll stop for time to relax and swim. Then, we will sail by and visit some of the small islands that lie around the clean waters, where you’ll get another opportunity to take a dip on the hidden beach.

Then we’ll sail back to Inonu Bay and anchor here for the night.

Day 2 : Yaglica, Akvaryum Bay, Kocakari Bay

Breakfast will be served in Inonu Bay then head for Yaglica Bay where there is a stunning Canyon with ice-cold mountain water that runs into the sea. A perfect opportunity to enjoy an amazing refreshing dip and lunch.

Aquarium Bay is where we will be next. It is located near the entry point of Kekova Island. It is the perfect spot for snorkeling because the water is so clean. Then we sail on towards Kocakari Bay (Old Woman Bay). We will then stay there for the night.

Day 3 : Simena, Ucagiz, Gokkaya

The boat will leave Old Woman Bay after breakfast and head toward The Sunken City. It is now submerged because of an earthquake, with a lot of old structures from the Lycian and Roman period that can be observed from the water.

Due to its status as a protected area, swimming is not permitted within the protected zone. Then we cross the bay and stop for an hour at Simena Castle. Built by the Knights of Rhodes during the Crusades, the castle offers breathtaking views from the summit on the hill. Ucagiz Bay is a fishing village where we’ll sail by as we head towards Gokkaya Bay, the largest bay in the region.

Overnight in Gokkaya Bay.

Day 4 : Pirate Cave, Demre (Myra) Karalos

Get a great breakfast. You will cruise on to Pirate Cave. Phosphorescent lighting here makes it a perfect location for swimming and snorkeling. After lunch, we’ll take a sail to the docks in Demre.

Optional Tour: Demre Myra

This excursion will take passengers to Myra, the old city of Myra famous for its amphitheater of the past as well as rock tombs. It is also possible to take a trip to Myra’s Church of St Nicholas (Santa Claus).

Overnight in Karalos Bay

Day 5 : Eleksi Island, Ufakdere Bay

Breakfast is served, and we set off towards Eleksi Bay. The clean water here has excellent visibility, which is ideal for snorkeling as well as fishing. Enjoy the afternoon and relax prior to sailing to Ufakdere Bay where we spend the evening.

Day 6 : Maradi Island, Kaputas Beach, Kalkan Firnaz Bay

Our first stop this morning will be Maradi Island. It is about 1.5 hours of sailing from Ufakdere and is very near to Meis, the Greek island of Meis. An unforgettable experience to swim in a bay that is surrounded by two islands. After lunch, we’ll go towards Kaputas Beach, one of the most picturesque places located in Turkey. Then we will head further to Firnaz Bay, another beautiful bay located in Kalkan.

Here we’ll stay overnight at anchor.

Day 7 : Besmi Island, Liman Agzi Bay

Following our departure from Kalkan Firnaz bay, we set sail for Besmi Island. It is considered to be one of the major diving destinations within Kas.

Optional Activity: Diving

It is recommended to book this optional excursion online prior to your trip to ensure you get a diving experience. After lunch at Kas, we’ll sail for Liman Agzi Bay opposite Kas for the night.

Day 8: Departure

The next morning, we will return to Kas following breakfast. We will be saying goodbye to our new acquaintances created. The time for check out is 09:00 AM.
