Fethiye - Kekova 7 Days / 6 Nights Itinerary

Day 1 : Fethiye

In the afternoon, we’ll transfer the guests to their Gulet and then check you into the gorgeous Fethiye Harbour. The bay is beautiful and dotted with islands. Check-in time is approximately 10:30 am. Lunch and dinner aboard, and then you can explore the charming harbor town. The first night is yours for you to spend at Fethiye Harbour or depart as you check-in, at which point you may stay in one of the bays nearby like Help Beach, Simi Beach, Hillside Beach, Tarzan Bay, or Samanlik Bay.

Day 2 : Fethiye to St.Nicholas Island

Following breakfast, we head out along The Fethiye Peninsula to find a quiet bay to dine in. If the weather is good, we’ll take a cruise towards Oludeniz. There you can relax, swim, and snorkel or just relax in The Blue Lagoon. Also, we will cruise towards Butterfly Valley, where you can enjoy a swim in this stunning bay or stroll through the waterfall. Lunch will be served in Oludeniz or Butterfly Valley.

In the afternoon, we’ll cruise towards St Nicholas Island, where you will be able to explore the remains of the Byzantine settlement as the sun sets. We will eat dinner and spend the night there.

Day 3: St.Nicholas Island to Kas

The plan is to leave early to get to Yesilkoy for breakfast and then a bath in the tranquil area surrounded by olive trees. We’ll then cruise towards Kas, a tiny town with a bohemian feel where you’ll be able to admire the interesting murals that line the wall of the harbor. There’s lots of opportunity to visit the renowned jewelry shops or relax in some of Kas’s trendy bars. Dinner will be served onboard, and then spend the evening in Kas.

Optional Activity: Diving

Kas is a great spot to dive because the waters are crystal clear, giving fantastic visibility. We suggest booking this optional excursion online prior to your trip to get reduced rates and to ensure the diving experience.

Day 4: Kas to Kekova

A brief cruise in the morning will bring us to the ruin of Kekova, which is also often referred to by the name of The Sunken City. Throughout the day, you will have time to swim and snorkel before having lunch on the board. In the afternoon, we’ll cruise to Simena Castle to climb to see the breathtaking views of the city’s ancient. We will then cruise on to Gokkaya Bay to spend the evening there.

Optional Activity: Demre Ancient City Tour

Demre is a treasure trove of the past that is not to be missed. From ruin to the place of origin for St Nicholas (Santa Claus). We suggest pre-booking this excursion online prior to your cruise.

Day 5 : Gokkaya Bay to Kalkan

Following breakfast, we travel to Aquarium Bay to take a refreshing swim break. The remainder of the day is spent in Kalkan, a charming harbor town with a hillside, where you can wander the narrow streets of cobblestone.

Optional Activity: Patara Beach, Saklikent Gorge

Patara Beach or the ruins at Xanthos and Letoon. You can stroll through the Gorge in Saklikent along with the waterfall, and cold water which will make your toes tingle. Saklikent is a place of excitement, and if you are a fan of adrenaline, you can take a zipline ride here, and then go tubing down.

Day 6 : Kalkan to Tarzan or Samanlik Bay

Today, we’ll have an early morning and travel to Camli Burun, a natural beach surrounded by pine-covered hills. You can enjoy the day enjoying the sun, relaxing, and swimming. Then we will stay the night at Tarzan’s Bay or Samanlik Bay.

Day 7 : Tarzan or Samanlik Bay to Fethiye

We will arrive in Fethiye just after lunch. Then, it’s time to say goodbye to your friends and crew. Alaturca crew members will greet you at the harbor and assist you with any further travel.
