Datca - Symi - Datca 8 Days / 7 Nights Itinerary

Day 1 : Symi

The Captain will greet you at the location you have chosen in Datca and will accompany you to the vessel. Check-in times are 16:00 pm. After meeting the crew as well as other guests, we’ll take the time to inform the story of your cruise and provide you with information regarding the boat.

Once the guests have arrived and settled, we’ll head across Symi, the Greek Island that is thought to be the most beautiful of the Greek islands. It is beautiful and surrounded by some of the most clean waterways in the Mediterranean.

The first night you will have dinner and then anchor off the northernmost bay of Symi.

Day 2 : Panormitis – St George

After having a nutritious breakfast, we’ll be sailing toward the southward direction to get to the harbor bay of Panormitis, an elongated bay with a crescent shape that is unique. As when you step into the bay, you’ll understand the reasons. The bay is dominated by the 17th-century Venetian-style monastery that is named Archangel Michael Panormitis, the patron of the island and protector of sailors. There are two museums in the area as well as a few small shops and cafes.

Following lunch on the boat, we will then sail to Symi’s southern end and continue northwards until Saint George Bay, only accessible via boat. The gorgeous bay features shallow, then deep water that gives the sea an effect of two tones. The bay is surrounded by a cliff which appears to have been carved by the blade of a butter knife. It is where you can take pleasure in diving, snorkeling, and exploring the rugged beach before eating in the open sky.

The hotel will be our overnight stay at Saint George Bay.

Day 3 : Nimos Island

It’s a relaxing day, and after breakfast, we’ll go taking a sail toward Symi, which is the Dodecanese Island located in Nimos located at the northern end of Symi. The island is not inhabited, and the narrow route that runs between Nimos and Symi has a width of 3.5 meters in its narrowest part, however, it is not very risky. The beaches of Nimos are crystal clear, and the water is warm, making it a great place to spend the day for swimming, relaxing, and relaxation.

Overnight Nimos Island.

Day 4 : Bozburun Comcalik

The morning sail after breakfast will be traveling eastwards to the Bozburun Peninsula, and then towards Comcalik Bay with its deep blue waters. Comcalik is a site where skilled sailors have made sailboats over time, the skills passed down from generation to generation. Comcalik Bay has the most stunning sunsets and is an ideal way to finish the day by sailing and relaxation.

Overnight, anchored in Comcalik Bay.

Day 5 : Dirsek Buku

After having a nutritious breakfast, we will then sail through the bay to Dirsekbuku, a circular inlet that is secured by low-lying hills, and the surrounding waters are quiet and peaceful. It has one small beach with sand, but not many high rises and loud hotels. The area can hold around 20 boats in a row, which is it’s a tiny piece of heaven.

Overnight, moored at Dirsekbuku.

Day 6 : Aktur

Aktur Bay is an absolute treasure, with an extensive beach where sweet pine trees drop towards the shoreline. Around 550 AD, the inhabitants were able to construct the largest tunnel to protect their territory from invading Persians, however, they fell.

Aktur actually consists of two bays that sit together. The bay is known for its pure air, tranquility, peace, and its stunning turquoise water. The bay was awarded Turkey’s Bay of the Year, where there is the opportunity to go fishing, swimming, snorkeling, or spend time relaxing on the deck, eating alfresco in the stars in a blanket of light.

Overnight stay at Aktur Bay.

Day 7 : Datca Aquarium

In the morning, we’ll embark on a leisurely cruise along Aquarium Bay, where there is a panoramic view of the mountains in the distant distance. Aquarium Bay has a rustic appearance and is bordered by hills that gently slope toward the ocean.

The water here is extremely transparent and offers a view to the naked eye for as much as 30 meters because the rocks are overgrown with algae and moss. The fish population is abundant, making this an ideal spot to snorkel and swim if you’re lucky enough to spot turtles who come to feed and swim here.

Stay overnight in the anchorage in Aquarium Bay.
